UPDATE – “Gage” will be remaining here in Wonderland where has become a wonderful, beloved companion for my sister. He will continue to pursue his love for herding with his handler Erin at Possum Hollow Farm.

Gage is a delightful fellow. Sweet, affectionate, fun, active but never hyper. He walks well on a lead, is crate trained. He eats well and has a fluff clear correct Cardigan coat, making him easy to groom. He lives in the house with me and his litter mates Farleigh and Tart; his Mum and Percy. He gets along very well with other dogs and is also familiar with my cat.
Gage has been started on “sheep”! He is available to a companion home but it is my sincere desire to find him a home that would like to continue his herding training as he is a crackerjack little herding prospect. He “loves” to herd sheep and has exceptional instinct and drive. Of course this is not totally necessary but since he does both excel at and love the venue so much I hate to deny it to him. He is currently training with Erin Ledbetter at Possum Hollow Farm in Rutherfordton, NC. Erin is very high on him and I am sure would love to have him continue with her. Herding is tons of fun, you may choose to participate yourself or just enjoy watching your dog work with your handler.
